This forty-fifth issue  of the "rives de l'iriv" are dedicated to the horizon …. The editorial article evokes the lines of horizons that are offered to young people in Europe and confirmed profiles to more distant countries. The educational article approaches the  open or closed horizons at school. The associative article approaches the oppressive horizon of exile. The European article considers different notions related to the horizon, which can create confusion. For the Algerian article, the horizon is a country.
