This Newsletter is the 3rd published in 2026 and the 49th since the beginning of the conflict. March is the third month of the year, placed in 2026 under the sign of a renewed fighting spirit for Ukraine after a difficult year 2025 marked by the end of American support. The number 3 is highly symbolic - Holy Trinity for Christians, symbol of mastery and fulfillment with the triangle for Freemasons. In Russia, three-letter initials made generations of opponents tremble (KGB); they continue in 2026 with other letters (FSB, GRU...). In Ukraine, a third Revolution began on the path to freedom - after the Orange Revolution (2004), then the Maidan Revolution (2014), a heroic Resistance has opened since 2022. Europe had to open a third way, after the American defection. The United States wishes to focus on their hemisphere (two Americas). The speech delivered by the Canadian Prime Minister at the Davos summit in January 2026 renewed the notion of a «trusted third party» that recalls the non-aligned movement of the 1950s. Countries had refused to integrate the two blocs that opposed each other during the Cold War - the Western world (United States and Western Europe) in the face of the Soviet world (USSR and Eastern Europe). There is no longer a bipolar world. In complex international relations, everyone chooses their 'trusted third party'. .
